The class will end with a round table discussion time with
expectant dads, new dads and seasoned dads, sharing their own experiences and answering questions.

If you are interested in the "private" Dad Class, consider the topics above(or other topics) & request a registration form to design & schedule your personal class. You may bring whoever you like to this class with you.
A class for new moms & dads with infants age 4 weeks - 12 months old. (Grandparents also welcome)
During this class you massage your baby while the instructor demonstrates on a doll. Any one you bring with you to class may also practice on a doll to learn all of the massage strokes
Note: You are the only one who touches your baby-.the instructor uses a doll to teach you, the parent.
Evidence based research has proven that massaging your baby will provide him/her with lifelong benefits.
This is a 4 week series (once a week for 4 weeks). This class is approx. 1 hour long ~ massage oil provided.
These classes will be held on Tuesdays at the Longview location, 5:30-6:30 pm

Private daytime & evening sessions are available by appointment to serve stay at home moms & working parents. Let us know if you have a special scheduling need.
The best time to massage your baby at home is the time of day when your baby is in the "Quiet Alert" state.

Session 2: Massage of baby's stomach, chest & introduction to "tummy troubles" comfort routine

Session 4: Massage of baby's face & back, learn the gentle strokes (baby exercises) to stretch baby's arms & legs, massage the stomach & pelvis & align the spine
